What I keep, and why.

DJ Advisory is Dan Jacob, working from Kelowna, BC. This is the whole policy; there is no longer version.

What I collect

If you request a partnership scan, I keep what you type in the form: your name, your work email, your organisation and its website, and your answers about what you have and who you want to reach.

The site also notes where a request came from (the page you landed on, and any campaign tags in the link) so I know which outreach works.

Reading the site is counted as a visit: which page, roughly where from, and what kind of device, with no cookies and nothing that identifies you. There are no advertising cookies and no analytics that follow you to other sites. Your light-or-dark choice is kept in your own browser.

What I do with it

I use it to prepare and send your scan, and to follow up with you about it. That is all. I do not sell it, rent it, or add you to a list you did not ask for.

Where it lives

Requests are stored in a database hosted by Supabase, and emails about your scan are sent through SendGrid. Both are bound by their own privacy terms and process the data only to provide the service.

How long

I keep a request for as long as the conversation is live, and for a reasonable time after so I can pick it up again if you come back. Ask and I will delete it.

Your choices

You can ask what I hold about you, ask me to correct it, or ask me to delete it. Write to the address below and I will do it.
